Father and Mother were the head of the Children’s Ministry and he was raised in a poor town on the edge of St. Louis. His friends called him Eins, which means one in German. He graduated from the President of his class to the Co-Captain of the football team. Truman State is now called The Harvard of the Midwest and it was football that landed him a scholarship. He met his wife here. She began following him after he graduated from the Medical School of Osteopathy. She went to St. Louis for an internship. After completing a General Surgery Residency in Chicago, he received a United States Navy payback. He went to the Naval Medical Center as an assistant clinical professor of surgery after doing a tour in Puerto Rico as a general surgeon. He went back to Midwestern University with his wife and two daughters. Later to be an attorney advisor in the US State Department, as well as a registered nurse. He ran surgical teams at both the intercity Medical Center and the Level One Trauma Center in Chicago. He taught undergrads, medical students and surgery residents while he was a clinical professor of surgery. His Chicago students were upset when he moved his family to Texas in 1996. He served as the Chairman of General Surgery of the ACOS after serving as the Secretary of The American College of Osteopathic Surgeons. He trained and practiced with a local physician in Wound Care and Hyperbarics as well as his General Surgery Practice for fifteen years. In 2010 he became a full time doctor at the Metroplex Center for Wound Healing and Hyperbaric Medicine. He has formed a partnership with a doctor to start a wound healing business. The influence of Dr. E and Dr. T has been expanded to include other physicians and NPs. Hyperbaric Medicine and a Swing Bed Unit are included in the wound care at the centers in Palestine, TX and at the hospital in Lampasas. The Doctor with the compassionate heart is always the teacher. Dr. Einsteins Ears is a doctor who serves the community.
