Cool if I tell you a quick story?

I usually don’t open up, but here I do.

It was like any other day. I was at ease one moment.

I got an email that dropped a huge bomb on me, which was totally out of the blue.

O Y M E N T.

There I am.

Back against the wall, broke, in debt.

It’s not possible to turn for help, guidance or support.

I felt it big time.

I was in debt and couldn’t afford my student loan payments.

I was alone and isolated. All of my friends moved away to pursue bigger and better things.

I would pray that my girlfriend would choose a spot with a dollar menu when I took her out to dinner.

She gave me a self-help book as a farewell gift.

Maybe I needed some help, that’s what the thought came up.

I told myself that if I waited for someone else to fix my life, I would just settle for whatever happened.

I am willing to give up my control, power and freedom in exchange for an opportunity. I want permission to be successful.

SCREW THAT

I don’t want my life to run by luck.

I don’t want to settle for anything.

I don’t want to ask for permission.

It was time to shut up.

I decided to take a closer look at my life.

I would think that way in the past.

How can I find a coach?

I asked the question after flipping it.

How can I coach myself?

The coach is Mister.

A tool is required to track my thoughts, feelings and ideas. I needed to talk to myself. The power of journaling is there.

It is a way to help myself.

I was in debt in mom’s basement when I went all in on journaling.
