The Tai Chi routine is called the Tai Chi Eight Immortals Cane. A walking cane is a useful weapon in self defense. This routine is based on Tai Chi postures and Taoist cane/stick martial functions. It is fun to learn. The Chinese brush writing calligraphy was created by a master. Master Jesse Tsao’s instruction is in English with demos and martial arts applications. It is a good reference for home study. Suggest 30 class hours. Difficulty is the beginner through advanced level. There are 64 minutes on the DVD.
