FOR HOW LONG SHOULD I USE CALIATHLETICS WORKOUT PROGRAM?
We can’t answer the question as it depends on you. Some people progress faster than others. You can use the whole program from 8 to 10 months if you complete one level. If you want to progress effectively and become a master of your own body, we suggest following our program.
HOW SHOULD I USE CALIATHLETICS PROGRAM?
You should choose a level that you are able to complete with a good form, but still be a challenge for you, because you will have access to all of the training levels. You are free to move on to the next level once you complete all of the training days. If you find the following level too difficult, don’t worry. If you want to try again, build up more strength and come back to the previous level. You will make it to the level 20 eventually. Detailed explanation can be found in the introduction section.
DOES THE PROGRAM INCLUDE VIDEOS?
Yes! The perfect form of each exercise and number of sets and reps are presented separately on every training day. Skills guides are videos that explain how to achieve each of them. There are videos on how to learn quickly.
