John Meadows – Onslaught

I decided to create a new program similar to the first two because of the feedback I have been getting. You are going to kill me. It is difficult for me to do these at 45 years old.

I get asked if these programs are for bulking or cutting, but the truth is that the difference is how you eat in relation to bulking or cutting. This program can be used for either goal. Food and supplements should be planned.

I wanted to make some of the workouts shorter, but still brutal. When I say you will be hurting, I mean you will be in and out in 45 minutes. This is a nice change of pace since some of the workouts from the Gauntlet were long. You can go back to something like the Gauntlet after doing this one.

The split is the same and I keep rotating through my body parts to prevent overtraining.

Here is what it will look like.

• Week 1-4 – Legs high frequency
• Week 5-8 – Back high frequency
• Week 9-12 – Chest and Shoulders high frequency
