How the savvy prospector program works.

The 8-week program shows you how to intelligently pursue and attract good business without pestering strangers, wasting your money, or putting your friends on the spot.

The first four weeks of the program focus on building and connecting with your Sphere of Influence. You will create a contact database, choose a contact management system, write an announcement and create a business plan.

You will learn how to attract business from strangers and expand your Sphere of Influence during the second four weeks. You will begin implementing the Business Plan in the first month.

There are 8 audio lessons. There is a workshop for the savvy prospector. There is a sample of non-Dorky announcement and reconnection letters. The Seduction of your SOI.

The savvy prospector will tell you what to expect.

If you complete the 8-week program.

You will be referred to your friends on a regular basis if you become the agent of choice.

Your past clients will love you and will know how to reach you when they need you.

You will be comfortable meeting new people and know how to inspire them to think of you when they need a real estate agent.

You will have a plan in place to stay in touch with your social network, casual acquaintances, back burner prospects and past clients.

You will have developed the knowledge, skills and habits necessary to maintain an effective prospecting business model for the rest of your life.

If you prefer, you can complete the program at your own pace by following the Savvy Prospector workbook or a combination of both, or you can receive daily assignments via email. The first month of the program focuses on building/rebuilding and connecting with your Sphere of Influence. You will create a contact database, choose a contact management system, write an announcement and create an SOI business plan.

You will learn how to attract business from strangers during the second month. You will begin implementing the SOI business plan you created in the first month, as well as enhancing it to include activities specifically directed to people you don’t know.

How much time will I devote to the program?

The program can take as little as eight weeks or as long as eight months to complete. It is up to you! To complete the program in eight weeks, you will need to devote an hour a day during the first month and half a day in the second.

The other prospecting training programs are different.

We will show you how to attract business to you, instead of aggressively asking for it, which is the primary difference between The Savvy Prospector philosophy and that of the other prospecting programs. We won’t ask you to change your personality to meet your real estate production goals; instead, we’ll show you how to be more successful than you ever dreamed by simply being yourself and staying in your comfort zone. The more fun you have selling real estate, the more real estate you will sell, that is what we believe.

Our long-term goal for you is that the methods and philosophies you learn in The Savvy Prospector become second nature to you so that in the future, you will effectively prospect every day… without even realizing you are doing it. Once you have your methods and systems in place, you can work less than 30 hours a week.
