Description
Money flow tracker is an indicator for ThinkorSwim.
Money flows are tracked based on volume. It is useful for both short and long term analysis.
The high-low price range, volume and Accumulation/Distribution are used to calculate the Oscillator. The trend is maintained if the prices are the same.
The difference between the two EMAs of volume force is used to calculate the oscillator. The volume force is determined by the Accumulation/Distribution data and preceding trend. The primary plot has a Trigger Line which is equal to 13 by default.
When the Oscillator has a low negative value, it is considered a Buy signal. The Sell signal is suggested when the Oscillator crosses thetrigger line. If you want to define trend direction, an 89 period is recommended.
There are input parameters.
The length is ma. The number of bars is used to calculate the EMA.
Plots
KVOsc The plot of the Oscillator.
TriggerLine. The line.
Zero Line. The level is zero.
