The Art of Suggestion is a module.
When someone is hypnotized, they are more receptive to suggestions, but they will not do anything that goes against their morals or ethics. It is important to know how to give suggestions. The use of pacing and leading, being artfully vague, distinguishing direct and indirect suggestions, and using embedded commands are included in this module. The bonus audio from Edinburgh is supposed to be listened to. You can use the.pdf to track the techniques and language used in the audio.

The ancient tradition of yoga nidra is a process of scanning the body in the same way a hypnotist does.
