Caley practices to stay connected to her body, mind, community, and to stay inspired as a teacher. She teaches because she wants to give others a place to feel supported, nurtured, challenged, and confident. People are happy in the world. Caley is inspired by her dog who loves to walk, her students who show up and do their best, her mentors who support and encourage, and others who are living their dreams.

• CHHC – Certified Holistic Health Counselor through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, the only nutrition school integrating all the different dietary theories including everything from Raw Food to the Ice Cream Diet.
