Dr. Badger is passionate about giving exceptional medical care to the Northern Arizona Community. He has 18 years of medical experience and moved to Flagstaff in 2009. Dr. Badger is a member of the American Urologic Association and serves on multiple committees for Northern Arizona healthcare.
After graduating from medical school at Ohio State University, Dr. Badger went on to complete his residency at Albany Medical Center. He received a fellowship at the University of Iowa in Endourology, Laparoscopy, and Robotics and was involved in bringing DaVinci Robotic Surgery to Flagstaff.
Dr. Badger uses state-of-the-art diagnostic equipment and advanced treatment techniques for a wide range of urologic issues. Most common urologic issues are treated by Dr. Badger, but he has experience in robotic-assisted radical prostatectomy, radical nephrectomy and partial nephrectomy. He is a highly skilled surgeon and his expertise in minimally invasive and robotic surgeries can provide patients with minimal scarring and quicker recovery from diseases.
Dr. Badger and his wife Sarah spend a lot of time outside with their three daughters. He is an avid mountain biker and can be seen year-round riding his bike to work or hitting the trails in Flagstaff and Sedona. He is very involved in giving back to the community and founded the annual Free Men’s Health event that partners with other medical practices in Flagstaff to provide free prostrate exams, flu shots, hearing tests, and more to men in the community.
