There is a person named Joni Gilbertson, MA, LCPC, LMHC. I am a licensed clinical professional counselor, court program specialist and distance counselor. She is licensed in both Illinois and Florida. She is an instructor in the Sociology Department at the college where she teaches legal issues and many other mental health and criminal justice classes.
