8 years ago. I was stressed out as an investigative journalist. Over 200,000 people in the United States read 100s of articles and front-page cover stories that I published.

I was researching political scandals and exposing important issues. The glamour wore off as the job of an investigative journalist was exciting for a while.

Relief flowed through my body. This new idea was frightening but liberating. I knew there was a better life waiting for me.

I was at a business seminar led by Sharla Jacobs and Jesse Koren after my yoga mat awakening.

I was introduced to a new possibility.

Dozens of coaches andholistic practitioners in their community started asking me to help with their marketing messages, and I realized there was a much bigger calling for my writing skills. I was able to start my own business and create writing training programs for entrepreneurs.
