Mastering Business Testing

The first module. There is an introduction to testing. Don’t execute business plans if you want to de-risk business ideas. Become familiar with the testing process. The importance of testing can be found in both established and startup organizations.

The second module is module 2. Hypotheses. What do you need to be true for your business idea to work? If you want to test success, you need to prioritize and refine your hypotheses.

The third module is Module 3. Try an experiment. For the budget you have, and the type of hypothesis you are testing, choose the right experiment. Strong evidence can be produced from design experiments.

The fourth module is called Module 4. Learn. As you collect evidence, capture it in an efficient manner. Qualitative and quantitative data can provide useful insights.

There are five modules in module 5. Take action. collect more evidence, move to the next important hypothesis, pivot or kill your idea are some of the actions you can take to progress your business idea.

There is a module 6. You can manage. The Progress Board can be used to track who is doing what. The innovation scorecard can be used to quantify how much risk has been reduced.

There is a module 7. Present. The pitch template can be used to tell a story about what you have learned and suggest a path forward for your idea.
