Being stuck on traumas is one of the reasons why emotional healing is important for becoming a successful entrepreneur. You can’t run a marathon or climb a mountain with a mangled leg. You can run that marathon and climb the mountain if you heal yourself internally.

Why would it matter to increase your mental and emotional maturity? The more mature you are, the more personal responsibility you take for yourself, your choices, your beliefs, your actions, and your life. If you take responsibility for yourself, you can identify issues that will degrade and derail your success that are coming from your own choices, beliefs, actions, attitudes and responses, and make the necessary changes to clear your path and succeed.

A little repetition doesn’t hurt in this case, as this one is covered in another module. Forgiveness of self and others allows progress by cutting away unnecessary ties that bind you to the past. Don’t allow mistakes to be made again, learn what you can, and move on.
