This is a systemic mass building program that is far superior to any bodybuilding, isolation, or split routine for the purposes of functional hypertrophy. You aren’t just training individual muscle groups, but stimulating the entire body to add muscle, which is how our physiology works. I have been using clubbells since 2006 and have tried many different training programs. The first time I used clubbells with the purpose of building muscle was a self-designed program. I was offered to test the CME by a friend of mine. I completed half of the training program after 6 weeks.
I did that in that time. Gained 8 lbs of scale weight. And. I saw a decrease in my bodyfat percentage. I didn’t bother with measuring, but I would estimate between 1-2% lost. If you account for the simultaneous fat loss, I gained at least 8 lbs of lean body mass. I noticed. muscular development is mostly in the arms, shoulders, back, and thighs. . The decrease in bodyfat contributed to a slightly leaner midsection.

It takes a long time because they are not in compressed folders ready for download. The manual could have been better. That is not what the program was intended for. It is plug and play. Do the work. I can not complain.
A Note on Professionalism
The Clubbell Mass Evolution is one of the best values I have seen in a long time. There are a lot of low-budget fitness products. This isn’t one of the ones I’ve reviewed on Physical Living. Unless someone tells you that he is very calculative in nature, you won’t know about him. He knows how to plan and get everything right. His goal is to be perfect.
One would expect explicit attention to detail to be paid to every aspect of this product. He hired a professional film crew and went above and beyond the status quo in terms of professionalism and overall product quality. I want you to find a fault with this program.
It leaves me wishing there was more. This program was intended to be repeated. The program design was written so that once you have completed the full three months, you can start the cycle over again to continue your muscle gains throughout the year.
This is the first product release by the man. I am looking forward to the next one if we can expect programs of this caliber in the future.
