Most modern gym and training environments have low-cost equipment that can be purchased for the practical portions of the course. Equipment review videos precede practical sessions so you can use the right tools.

Stop watch. There are lacrosse balls taped together. There is a medium size playground ball. A rower or a stationary bike are examples of cardiovascular equipment. Dumbbells or kettlebells can be used for carrying exercises.
