Not all of those diet are bad. Many are good, especially the ones that help control appetite, improve food quality, and raise nutrition awareness.

They are all still on diet.

They all say the same thing: My way is better than yours.

That is what gets me. The finality of something. The arrogance of it. It is my way or the highway.

You can either eat all raw veggies and no meat, or you can never get in shape.

Everyone seems to be missing the fact that there is no best diet that every person should follow.
