The 10-day intensive training program is a collaboration between me and my brother Brian. There are 4 hours of video and a 24 page book to improve your skills.
Learn. Over 100 special drills. Dancers use to develop core and leg strength, improve balance awareness, and move their feet with blinding speed, power, and precision!
Want amazing balance and slick footwork?
- CATLIKE BALANCE – hold your ground with superior technique and stronger leg muscles!
- FASTER FOOTWORK – attack and escape with blinding speed!
- INCREASED PUNCHING POWER – stronger muscles and improved movement technique increases punching power!
Why would a fighter want to train like a dancer?
The best dancers in the world. They train for 10 hours a day. A typical ballet dancer is trained from the age of 4. He is jumping through the air by the time he is 18. It looks easy. . There were hours of stretching, brutal exercises, and displays of speed and power.
You might be surprised to know that great boxers such as Muhammad Ali and Sugar Ray Robinson had dance background. In his book The Arc of Boxing, Mike Silver mentioned that the perfect body for a boxer was that of a dancer. As a fighter, you might not want to wear tights and spin 10 times in a row, but you might want to know how dancers are trained. What techniques did the dancers use? How did they make those big calves? All those years in training, what special drills did they do?
Classical dance training is the hardest type of physical training in the world. A dancer’s body is sculpted from head to toe for smooth, powerful, and seemingly effortless movement.
There are some videos of my dance teachers.
- Ivan Terrazas – old video of his INCREDIBLE foot strength
- Gabriel Misse – INSANE foot speed and precision
- Brian Nguyen – watch my brother FREESTYLE on the street
- there are dozens more I haven’t listed…
The PROBLEM with typical boxing footwork drills
Today’s MMA and boxing drills are not very effective. The majority of them are easy to organize. Where are the drills for stretching? There are drills for balance awareness. Where are the drills for developing coordination and muscle conditioning?
All you can see is shadowboxing, jump rope, ladder drills, cone drills, and maybe some hip-twisting running exercises. Footwork drills are boring and don’t teach fighters how to balance and move their bodies. There isn’t a way to challenge their bodies to move better.
Today’s drills are missing.
- Awareness drills – how to develop great balance awareness and control of your neutral axis.
- Complete conditioning of the legs – not just calve muscles and agility drills (missing internal leg muscles)
- Lack of slow motion work – to increase control and coordination, rather than simply raw speed & power
- Do not target “footwork muscles” effectively

There is access to a dance champion’s knowledge.
You will be able to get access to one of the greatest resources in footwork training through my brother. He has trained with the best in the world and has won many dance contests. He performs around the world as a tango dancer and performer. He charges over $100 per hour for private lessons and is always booked in every city he visits.
Brian will be sharing his training methods in this course. You will learn over 100 feet. Brian and I will start with the basics. Work our way up to the more intense exercises. We will finish with the impossible exercises. Every day you will get technical demonstrations and explanations.
See my brother’s dance performances.
The training is hard.
The drills and exercises are very hard. The course is not for casual fighters. This course is not for people who don’t like jumping rope. I don’t recommend this training for people with a lot of curiosity.
The average person won’t make it past Day 5. This will give you the best footwork in the gym if you want to take it to the next level.
The 100 footwork drills range from simple to difficult. Many of you will never be able to do all of them. If you put in the work, your agility, speed, and precision will improve a lot.
If you are able to survive these workouts. It will be easy to fight.
