In order to shift to one of acute grieving that can result in acceptance and peace, the process of detecting and then activated a pathological mourning state will be the focus of this webinars.

In ISTDP, anxiety is assessed in a different way than any other therapy system. Jon will show you ISTDP’s unique way of assessing how the patient’s anxiety is discharged in the body. When the patient’s anxiety is too high, you will learn how to regulate it. You will learn how to control the patient’s anxiety. You will learn how to assess whether the patient is capable of accessing intense feeling quickly or if you must use a more graded approach.
