Description
Kevin Hogan – 10 Laws of Persuasion
There are 10 laws of persuasion. The foundation of influential communication. There is a DVD.
Kevin Hogan is the author of The Psychology of Persuasion.
The opinion is determined by the feelings. Herbert Spencer. If you want to win a man’s attention, first you have to convince him that you are his friend.
Kevin Hogan gave you the foundation for persuasive communication in a beautiful television studio at a Fortune 500 company. Whether you are a leader in business, own your own business, or are a salesperson, you cannot successfully gain compliance without knowing the laws of persuasion. It’s not like it’s like it’s like it’s like it’s like it’s like it’s like it’s like it’s like it’s like it’s like it’s like it’s like it’s like it To fully comprehend the process of persuasion, you need to understand some basic concepts. The paradigm of persuasion is provided by these concepts.
People in different cultures respond to common situations in the persuasion process. It is possible to predict behavior because of the responses to certain stimuli.
It is possible to be manipulated by unscrupulous individuals because of the same responses. The principles that come into play in daily life as well as in persuasion settings are included.
These are the laws of persuasion.
Everything else you learn about the process of persuasion is based on these laws.
The law of redistribution.
When someone gives you something of value, you immediately give it back.
The law doesn’t say that someone will automatically reciprocate. They will want to give something back.
Reciprocity has control over all of us.
Each Christmas, millions of people buy gifts for people they probably wouldn’t buy for, except that the other person will be giving them something and they don’t want to look bad or feel bad. When something is given to us, we were taught to give back. We were taught to be something of equal value.
Get it immediately. Kevin Hogan has 10 laws of persuasion.
How many times have you been given a gift that was more expansive than what you spent on the other person and felt obligated to buy something else to make up the difference? The law of reciprocity is demonstrated in this example.
We feel obligated to tip because someone brought us food. We are taught to tip individuals in some professions. Hairdressers, taxi cab drivers, waitresses, etc. Why? There is no reason to do this. Our culture has taught us to do so and that we would be considered rude or unkind if we did not.
We feel obligated to donate to the General Campaign Fund if we check the box on our tax return that says we won’t be audited. The IRS is not interested in political affiliation. They want to bring in revenue for the Treasury Department. The IRS computers don’t select returns for auditing on the basis of campaign fund donations. The campaign fund will continue to do well because of the fear of the IRS that most people have.
The bride and groom feel obligated to give the bridesmaids and groomsmen gifts because of the expense put up for dresses and tuxedos. The cost of a tuxedo or dress will be equal to the cost of a gift for each person in the wedding party. Wouldn’t it be easier for the newlywed to purchase the dresses and rent the tuxedos?
