One of my favorite books is this one. It stands alone in its masterful blend of text and video and is in the top rank of CBT texts. A professor of Psychiatry at the University of Pennsylvania.
I can’t think of a better resource for therapists to learn the science and art of CBT. It is written so that CBT therapists at all stages of their careers can develop and hone their skills so as to best serve their clients.
As readers will be inspired to learn to become more effective CBT therapists, the authors are evidently master CBT therapists and trainers. The University of Oxford has a Professor of Clinical Psychology.
