Zero Resistance Writing

There is no such thing as a writer’s block.

Imagine if there was no word, term, or image in your dictionary, mental encyclopedia, or mind for this condition.

If you need to write a letter to a friend, a book, a short story, a novel, or anything else, you simply sit at a table and begin writing. You need to say PoURS on paper like water cascading over the Falls.

Imagine if you could put yourself into a peak state before you wrote. Virtually everything you write has a mysterious and mystical buzzzzzz coming from it, because you are able to do this.

Everything you write, from a note to a friend to a chapter in a book, carries a vibration.

People can feel the energy pouring off the words you have written if you use a level of vibration that is so positive and potent.

A couple of hundred years from now, when you’re no longer on this physical plane, those words will still carry a buzzzzzz that others feel.

Let me show you an example.

I was in a bookstore a few weeks ago. I was walking down the aisle with a stack of books in my hands. My eyes and head were pulled to the left as I walked past a bookcase of hardback novels.

It was the third time in less than a week that I was presented with an offer to look at and purchase a book.

I picked up a copy of Agatha Christie’s Evil Under the Sun instead of saying I’ll look into this later.

I looked at the first chapter when I opened the book. I was getting zapped as I began reading. I was getting hit so hard that I was getting knocked backward.

I said to myself that it was powerful.

Maybe the first book I picked out was an exception.

Every Agatha Christie book that I picked up carried a positive charge.

I took the two novels I looked at, along with the other books I bought that day, to my condo on the beach. Matthew Furey doesn’t read novels, so buying a couple of novels was more difficult for me. I can count on one hand the number of novels I read each year.

When I got to the condo, I pulled out my laptop and searched Agatha Christie to find out more about her. I had no idea that she wrote 66 novels during her lifetime, but I discovered many other things about her, including the fact that over one billion copies of her books have been sold. I believe that Shakespeare is a figment of peoples imagination.

You cannot be the author of books that sell over a billion copies unless you are operating at a high Frequency. The chances of you vibrating at a level way beyond the norm are 100%.

Agatha Christie is an example of Zero Resistance writing. She was the type of person who could sit with a piece of paper and write.

She was a writer who wrote without fear and without resistance.

Although I haven’t sold a billion books yet, I have been told that my writing makes you want to keep reading.

Wouldn’t you like to hear things like that?

I met with a monk who is 80 years old. He is one of only 46 men since the mid-1800s to run the equivalent of 1,000 marathons in seven years, and many of them were double marathons. He would get dressed in the morning and walk through the mountains. Hiei. He would start his journey even if he was sick or injured.

He had a smile on his face and said that he carried a knife, rope, and handkerchief with him every day. You may be shocked by the reason. He would need to take his own life if he were to give up or fail to reach his goal.

That is commitment.

The man started his training in the 50s. He decided to do the unthinkable after finishing the 1,000 marathons. He decided to do the 1,000 marathons again because he was not satisfied with just finishing. He completed the goal in six years instead of seven. In Japan, anyone who accomplishes this feat is considered a Living Buddha.

A couple of years ago, I went through an illness that led to a profound transformational experience. The man I met in China gave me the story of this simple monk, while I was doing my best to recover from what nearly killed me. I read it over and over again. I would picture this man running through the rain or snow covered mountains when I trained. He would fight off snakes and pigs. How could I give up on what I wanted to accomplish when I realized that he was able to do it with the right mental focus?

It was a dream come true for me when I was given the green light to meet with him. I came to thank him and tell him how his story helped me. He said it was not me but you who got better after I thanked him and gave him a copy of my book. I’m just a man. While lying in bed, you began to do Zen exercises that opened you up to a new level of being.

I felt a buzz going on inside as I sat in his temple listening to his stories. In minutes, hours passed by. I and some students who were allowed to come with me were fascinated by the simple stories he was telling. We were swimming in a current of electrical energy that was out of this world after our meeting.

What is it that this has to do with email copywriting?

Let me tell you something.

You feel it when someone writes, speaks, or looks at you. You sense it when you read something written by a fearless man or woman. It is the kind of writing that is powerful and passionate. Even if it is simple words, it carries a charge that keeps you reading.

Readers of my daily emails can tell by reading my words and the energy that comes from them that I write without resistance, without blocks and without concern for what other people think. They don’t know how I ended up here.

I don’t know what Agatha Christie did to ramp up her vibration, but I can assure you that she did something.

The hallmark of success in the writing field is being emotionally free to write. To succeed at the highest levels you need to do what I call Zero Resistance Writing.

No one teaches you how to write without fear or resistance. The door to greatness is unlocked by the key.

There are other hang-ups that do not need to exist in your world. Imagine if you could remove extraneous thoughts from your mind. Imagine if you could sit before your computer and make a copy. Imagine being able to do it day after day without fail.

I am telling you that you can.
