It’s important. The Revelation eBook is not the only way to read the DVDs. If you buy any of the packages, you should read the Revelation eBook first. You should read the review first to understand the context for these.

First Impression

I was not expecting much from this product, but there was a silver lining. Mystery and his associates have grown over the last few years, through their life experiences and teaching, and it comes through in some of the content recorded in these videos. The majority of the material is reiteration of previous seminars.

Improvement on Past DVD Content

Since the originalMystery Method DVDs from 2006 and Mind of Mystery from 2007, this product has been created from Venusian Arts seminars. The upgrade comes down to:

1. Since you get the Revelation eBook with the package which contains a thorough explanation of the Mystery Method, the content of the DVDs focuses on teaching you subtleties, assuming that you know all the basics of MM.

2. Mystery and his partners have learned a lot from their students. The students use MM through-out and there is a focus on the typicalsticking points.

3. Good material from products that aren’t theirs isn’t afraid to integrate. It puts material from Real Social Dynamics into the context of MM so that people studying MM get the benefits of that valuable content.

4. Mystery, Matador and Lovedrop are now called Mystery, Matador and Lovedrop. All of them are very comfortable explaining the content, with their experience in the field showing through. Matador is an individual character who brings his own perspective on game and a caveman like instinct. Lovedrop is a softer approach. He is the weakest of the three. Seeing the three, instead of just Mystery, shows that characters that are very different and have come from very different places have become successful with MM in their own way.

Lovedrop’s Input

Lovedrop has come a long way on this DVD set, compared to previous ones. The high points of this product are his content on DVD 2 and DVD 8.

His image on the DVD can be a bit off-putting, as he wears sunglasses throughout, which comes off a little strange. If you haven’t seen any footage from theduction community before, that could be the case. Don’t let that stop you from paying attention to what he says, it is good stuff.

Integrating Mystery Method with Normality and Inner Game

MM back to being normal and into your lifestyle is covered in a lot of content. The Venusian Arts guys have learned a lot from teaching, about what to emphasize in the content, and where to point out the traps students may fall into. Lovedrop has a presentation on DVD 2 about how to deliver content that covers many sticking points of students.

Lovedrop relates the work on inner game to products like The Blueprint Decoded. The value and effectiveness of the method is enhanced by placing MM into this context. It is a welcome upgrade to MM, and Lovedrop isn’t shy about revising things to incorporate new valuable knowledge that enhances their approach.

DVD 3 is dedicated to developing your identity and lifestyle. This has been an aspect of Mystery’s game that he has been building for a number of years, but this is the first time I have seen him devote so much time to teaching and emphasizing its importance. Good stuff.

More Value in the Detail

The level of detail is higher in this package. Matador talks about where you should sit to make things easier for you. He demostrates routines in class and talks through their nuances in DVD 5. This is useful for anyone who is new to MM and hasn’t seen it done in-field. Lovedrop gives a very useful kino escalation detail in DVD 8, which is dedicated to the topic, as well as some less useful routine demoing in DVD 7.

The Challenges of Learning MM for the Beginner

MM isn’t an easy method to learn. Mystery is very advanced to the point of being strategic. Due to lack of field experience and practice, he clearly articulates a strategic approach to pick-up which is fluid which will be way beyond the vast majority of students. It takes time to become Bruce Lee. Some of Mystery’s discourse is irrelevant to students except for showing how far you can go.

There is a bit of conflict between the approaches of the three instructors that are shown in the DVDs. This could confuse some students. Lovedrop takes a laid back approach to pick-up. Matador and Mystery are more about control. They have different success levels in field and how well they have mastered MM. I can’t comment because I have never met Lovedrop or seen him in the field. For smart learners, you can take the approach that fits best with you currently, because mystery method is applied in different ways. Lovedrop’s approach will be easier for some.

Beware if you have Bought an MM Product Before

If you have bought MM based products before there is a risk that you will just be reviewing existing content in the form of some of the detail in routines that are demoed in the product. There is a lot of time spent discussing this, and some of the rhetoric on Survival and Replication will be redundant to you.

If you have been using MM and attempting to apply routines, but they are not working for you, the detail and demos of explanation in these videos may help, but a bootcamp would be a much better investment if you can afford it. A Venusian Arts Bootcamp would be more suitable.

The Bottom Line

MM remains a very strong approach to pick-up, and it has been upgraded with some of the latest inner game tech in this product. If you want to meet and date quality women, you have to study this at some point. This product is slightly higher in price than the previous ones. I think it’s worth it because of the additions on inner game and how it works with MM.

There is less value to be found in this product if you are a previous student of MM. If you aren’t cash shy, consider that a bootcamp could have more impact at this point. Put your money somewhere else for the time being if you don’t have cash to splash. Venusian Arts still has some way to go to make this a really good/ professional product, so hopefully that will happen soon.
