One on One Vol 3 MC2 Disc 11 (P.A.P.)

One on One Vol 3 MC2 Disc 11 (P.A.P.)

I like the original. P90X Anything that comes from Tony Horton’s mind. The One on One Series is no exception. Tony has come up with something for the third volume of One on One.

The test bed was volume 3. P90X2 It was released in December 2011. I am not going to repeat the same stuff here that you can find anywhere else, but I am going to do a review on each DVD as it becomes available.

In terms of actual production, the only differences are the camera angles and the size of the screen.

I had mixed feelings about the first 2 volumes. There are a lot of things. Useful. There are gems. Just Arms, Fountain of Youth Yoga, Diamond Delts, Core Ball Sandwich, etc… . There was a lot of what I consider to be. less. Better than stellar routines. There are a number of killer Abs to name a few. . How is Volume 3 going to compare? If you dare, follow me.

DISK 1: CHEST, BACK and BALLS

This is supposed to go toe to toe with the original. The P90X has a chest and back. . Medicine balls and stability are added this time. I already have a hard time surviving through without seeing little white spots in my vision, so I consider the original to be a routine. What about CB&B? CB&B is on par in terms of difficulty if CB is hard. Balance is required with pushups on the balls and this one works your core as well. There is a catch for some moves. 4 balls. Unless your home gym is well stocked, you will have to modify. There is no weights involved in this exercise. This is an indication of how difficult things will be. 3 is going to be more difficult. It was somewhat of a disappointment. My back and balls were broken, but my chest still had more due to not being completely isolated.

60 minutes is the running time.

Chin-Up bar, stability ball, and as many as 4 medicine/basketballs are needed.

There are pros and cons. You must engage the core to the extreme in order for your whole body to get a workout. A good workout to mix up the Chest and Back days.
