I would like to thank Ryan and the guys for their hard work in this program. I enjoy rings more than mindless weight lifting, which I didn’t do often anyway. I am in my third week of phase 2 and have been doing R1 novice. I am getting stronger and looking forward to my workouts. I have always been an athlete, but have recently needed motivation to train.
