This is not a wrestling series, but an inside look at how to properly takedown an opponent in a Y No Holds Barred match were you are dealing with punches, kicks and other elements that can hinder the grappler from taking down his opponent. Darrel’s section on how to control the opponent without getting hit is amazing and highly valuable for NHB and streefighting.
