Along with some of Mr. Iyengar’s senior teachers, he provided those assembled with his latest teachings in asana and pranayama. He made himself available to his students through a variety of talks and question and answer sessions. Each session of this important event is captured in the five DVD set. It shows Mr. Iyengar’s passion and mastery of yoga. Given his 86 years of age, Mr. Iyengar’s presence was even more astounding. It was possibly his last visit to the United States, and one that can be relived and enjoyed again and again in this DVD format. There are three asana classes, a pranayama class and a Q&A session with Mr. Iyengar in this DVD.
