About the Author

Carlos USABIAGA IBANEZ was born in Spain. He received the award of Premio Extraordinario de Doctorado after obtaining his doctorate from the same university. He has been a professor of economics at the University of Seville since 1995. He is a Visiting Scholar at the London School of Economics and has published on topics related to macroeconomics and modern economic thought.
