James Altucher has been advertising for a long time. I have seen this ad on the internet.

I am skeptical of anyone who claims to give you great returns. If you know how many other cryptocurrencies there are in January of this year, you would be up 5,000%-10,000%. Doing nothing. Everyone is a winner.

I wanted to make sure that I understood what James was offering. For the purpose of this post. I bought the course to understand the product.

It isn’t a review, but you might expect it to be. I couldn’t possibly recommend this to anyone because of the next 10 minutes of my purchase experience. Here is what happened.

I put in my credit card details after going through the normal lead magnet stuff. I get another lead magnet page when I click submit, I am told to not share this next page with anyone.

This sales technique is used to build trust. Only me and the publisher are aware of the secret. Now that I have put in my credit card information, Doug Hill wants to let me know about a secret about the space.

Return of 80,000% isn’t enough now. There is a bigger chance to get in on the ground floor. Through some secret means… a glitch.

I would like you to think for a second and then make a guess. What do you think is the problem? What is the super secret that was important enough to save until after the main pitch?

There is a hint that they don’t tell us without paying for a lifetime subscription.

There is a glitch in the space that allows you to purchase ether at 5% of the market rate. There are suspicious quotes around the idea of buying ether. It looks like they are offering fifteen dollars, but after reading further, that is not what is happening… that is intentional to throw some people off.

The next section should throw up about a dozen red flags if this part seems suspicious to you.

I don’t want you to be bored with the technical details. I spent $50 on a master class to learn how to make money. Over the last year, it did much worse than ETC, so it is not like it has experienced any sort of extraordinary return. It is the same for the two.

Let’s not forget that last line. You are part of an elite group of investors who are smart enough to listen to James Altucher for advice if you bought this master class. If you pay $250 for a lifetime membership, you can get more value.

The introduction of Jame’s course… It does not seem that bad. . You can get a lot of this information elsewhere, but it is also packaged with a bunch of other newsletters, books and materials. It is an annual subscription program, but it is not very expensive like some of the other programs. Everything up to this point makes me feel like I am being tricked. . Everything about the sales pitch makes it seem cheap.

The worst thing about this is that only gullible people will fall for something like this. The pitch is designed to make you think that you are missing out on something. This is the moment. You can make a killing. It is not driven by creating great value but by getting gullible people to buy in.

I don’t think I could recommend this course. The way this is presented doesn’t make me want to associate with Jame’s brand. I can recommend books that give the same information without being suspicious. That overshadows any positives that could have come from this course.
