AUTHOR INFORMATION

Sergey Edward Lyons is a professor at the Rochester Institute of Technology. Professor Lyshevski received his PhD in 1987 and hisMS in 1980 from the Kiev Polytechnic Institute. The Senior Faculty Fellow at the U.S. Surface and Undersea Naval Warfare Centers is the author or co-author of more than 300 articles and papers. His areas of expertise are in the design and analysis of novel MEMS, the development of the fundamental theory of micro- and nanoscale systems, devices and structures.
