The DVD set is part of the training. The Joy processes are applied to three different kinds of students by Don A. Blackerby. A young man in his early 20s has been diagnosed with multiple learning disabilities since he first started school. A 6th grader who is very smart has struggled in school for several years, and a 50 year old woman who wants to change careers but cannot pass the certification exam to get her license are two other people. Each student is given new ways to think about learning and new learning strategies by Dr. Blackerby.
