Doctors will mostly focus on the physical, with an occasional nod to lifestyle, meditation or yoga. Emotions and stress can affect heart health. They do not consider emotions to be attributes of the heart. People who have love tend to have better hearts.

Even so-called alternative doctors don’t acknowledge the energetic heart, except as a way to detect physical abnormality by measuring electrical activity to determine heart-rate, blood flow, or inflammation. Most health practitioners don’t know how to incorporate new research about the energy field of the heart into their practice.

Conscious healers. Give more credence to the energetics of the heart and its field. As if the heart is either material or energetic, many of us unconsciously hold on to the idea of the separation of matter and energy.

Heart Archetypes like love, compassion, and forgiveness are some of the heart Archetypes that energy healers focus on. The physical heart, diet, exercise, and blood toxins that are measured through live blood analysis are often left to the medical field.

Traditional Chinese Medicine and other non-western traditional medicines have a different approach to the matter and energy. In America, enlightened heart health tends to keep the energetic separate from the material.

What is the most important for heart healing? I will say all of the above, and that is a silly question. It was my straw man who asked.

We must take both matter and energy into account, rather than just giving lip-service to holism when one extreme or the other doesn’t give results. We have to include field dynamics, resonance, and of course, the spiritual realm, in addition to the matter and energy duality.

It isn’t enough for true heart health. It could be material, energetic, or spiritual. There are many levels to the heart, and they all need to be. It is aligned.
