I will say it. The name of the product is unimaginative and boring. Come on guys, you have some good stuff here. 5 Classics doesn’t do it for me.

Don’t let the name fool you. Scott Sonnon has a new program called 5 Classics. This is really something, when you think about it.

Scott has taken a variety of fitness and movement disciplines from all around the world, eliminated the less useful or unnecessary elements, and put them together into one plug-and-play training program that can and should be done in a daily workout format. The movements weren’t included because of a cultural tradition, but at least from what I can tell, there is no traditional influence in this product. The exercises that made the cut for 5 Classics are good for us because they work well together. This system. It won’t help you cultivate more positive waves into your life. Positive wave zealots have no offense.

I received a copy of the program. Yesterday was yesterday. . With less than 24 hours notice, and only a half hour to review the actual program materials last night, this will be the case. brief Review of Scott Sonnon’s 5 Classics System, just my first impressions, after taking a quick peek at the manuals and half of the videos.

I can say that this is one of Scott’s best. It is interesting. It has been put together using training methods from at least seven different cultures around the world, taking a few classic exercises from Russian, Chinese, Tibetan, Persian, Indian, Japanese, and Swedish physical culture. You probably don’t care about things like this, but it’s fascinating to know the origin of some of the movements. The historical relevance and the door it opens for further and deeper study would probably be appreciated by long-timers. If one of the elements really strikes a nerve with you, you would have a general direction for where to learn more.

The major elements of Scott’s products are present in 5 Classics. For the lion’s share of your work with 5 Classics, you’ll be performing joint mobility training, yoga, and strength & conditioning work via bodyweight and biomechanical exercises/movements.

There is now. Is it? There is a lot of new training material and some old training material that has been re-used. Scott’s earlier work has also been adapted and changed. There are new variations on the spine that I have never seen before. I can say that there is more new material in this material. This is it. Scott had a program in most of his products. 5 Classics is a good choice if you want to try some new movements.

The program appears to be very easy to follow and implement. It only takes 10 minutes per day to follow the program. It requires absolutely no equipment, so it has a few things going for it.

5 Classics is best suited for someone. Who would benefit the most from this product?

Even elite athletes could benefit if they have been over-training or consistently overreaching. Those who want steady gains, manageable fat loss, and functional muscularity are the people who use traditional methods.

The people who are looking for the hard-core schemes will not appreciate them. They only need 20 minutes a day. They are very basic and unconventional. Anyone can do them.

From the quick look I gave it, I would agree with that. The program is simple and will deliver good results.

I would say that this is true. good An average/so-so program for improving body composition is included in the fitness program for improving health, mobility and general fitness. Not. A fat loss or training program. If you want to improve your conditioning level and improve your athletic performance, there are other products that you can use. If you are looking for something. It accelerated. If you want to train at or near your peak performance level, then this is not it.

This is a good program for the right person. The one. For you. Again, like Scott said, this is a good, basic, effective program without all the bells and whistles.

Prospective buyers should get my recommendation.

So, if you want to be simple and straightforward. It is balanced. A health-first fitness training program that requires no equipment and will have you training for 10 minutes per day with a variety of training protocols. Different. From the norm and will deliver good results over the long term, which is how we should all be approaching training anyways.
