I received an invitation to take Second Degree Reiki training when I was single and frustrated by failed relationships. My teacher said it was good for addictions. I knew by then that I was addicted to the idea of love. They say that the rest, as they say, is history. Through applying my own mental blocks and unrealistic expectations, I began to see love from a different perspective. I had my first serious relationship a long time ago and I am very happy with my partner.

You will begin to feel a connection into a deep peace and all-knowing wisdom and thus see the potential of Reiki to transform your lives into something rewarding and fulfilling: whatever that might mean to you! In the second degree, you will be shown how to use the three Reiki symbols to heal yourself at a deeper and more profound level. The process you learn will help you clear emotional conditions and old mental habits.

What is holding you back? Some bad experiences in the past, old beliefs past their sell-by date, mental blocks and such are what keep us trapped by fears or unrealistic dreams. As we apply the symbols and use them in our daily lives, it helps us face and move beyond the restrictions. The first lesson. There is an introduction to Reiki. There are no rules.

The second degree.

Session 1 begins. Objectives and the approach taken are part of the introduction to second degree.

Find out how it supports and informs how it can be remembered.

The second session is Session 2. The first symbol is power and focus. How do you use it? The exercises help you feel the benefits of Reiki at this level.

Session 3 was the last one. A shared presence between the master and students is an essential part of teaching.

Session 4 ended. The second symbol is harmony. How to use it to bring harmony to your life.

Session 5 is over. The power of symbols. Theory behind the power of symbols. A guided meditation will help you appreciate and feel the effect.

Session 6 is over. The third symbol is connection. Explanation as to what it means and how to use it.

Session 7 In the face-to-face session, you will be able to connect and realign to the Reiki energy.

Session 8. Instructions for a practice exercise are included in the description of Absent Healing.

Session 9 When you need the symbols most, apply the symbols day to day.

Session 10 is over. Describing the next step of training, self-mastery, and becoming a master-teacher are some of the things towards Reiki mastery.

The final quiz. A fun assessment of how well you grasped the essence of the sessions.
