Lee Holden – Radiant Body Qi Master Class

After suffering injuries that nearly ended his soccer career at the University of California, Berkeley, Lee discovered the healing power of QiGong and tai chi. He was impressed by the ancient practices that healed his body and allowed him to return to playing. He is an internationally known instructor in meditation, tai chi, and Qi gong, as well as a licensed acupuncturist, herbalist, and author. He is a regular on American Public Television and over 105 PBS stations in the U.S. and Canada. Over 50 million households have seen Lee’s programs.

Lee is a popular speaker and workshop facilitator because of his expertise and down-to-earth teaching style. He has worked with some of the most well-known people in the world. A stress management consultant to top Silicon Valley corporations like Apple and 3Com, as well as being an on-set wellness consultant for several Hollywood film productions.

A graduate of U.C., Berkeley, Lee has a degree in psychology. A graduate of Five Branches Institute in Santa Cruz, Lee is a Doctor of Chinese Medicine.
