When the industry collapsed, I was a mortgage banker for 25 years. I decided to look around and see what other opportunities were out there. There were mobile food trucks in my travels. I decided to investigate. I’m glad I did. I traveled the country for 20 months checking out various mobile food trucks.

I spent thousands of hours on-line trying to figure it out. I am sure you already know that there isn’t much information on-line.

We came up with the idea of Juana Burrito. It took another 12 months to put that into action.

We spent 2 years touring the country meeting with Vendors and researching the business on-line as the owner of Juana Burrito. I would have liked to have had a mobile food profits course.
