I got my answer from an unexpected source.

Marriage.

When my online business was doing well, it was time to outsourcing things like email and customer support.

My brother-in-law, who graduated with a degree in Drama/Television, needed some extra cash to pay off his student loans, and he was interested in online business.

He accepted my offer to help out with some stuff and learn the ropes of the business.

It took my brother-in-law a long time to realize why I had given those tasks to him. They were a problem in the rear.

For all of us, he decided to do something about the pains in the rear.

I call him the master of efficiency because he is never satisfied with the speed of his work. He doesn’t like having to do anything more than once.

Most of the things I was having him do were not what I wanted him to do. Repetitious, mind-numbingly annoying things. . Sound familiar? I am sure you are doing the same things on your computer.

He began his quest for a better way of doing things.

We discovered the ground-breaking technology that runs much of my business on autopilot.
