Does this sound familiar? She was angry. If I were her, I would be as well. She trusted a guru with a system that was built like a house of cards. It was a matter of when, not if, it would fall. And it did. They all did. It was clear during our conversation that she was.

The most important thing in any business is how often the cash register rings. Marketing experts think that all traffic is the same. Traffic isn’t created equal. That is true. Links are not the same. That is more fact.

It kills me that good people are leaving the market because of the hype about seo is dead, because there are opportunities out there. It has evolved over the last 20 years. Some people will tell you that email marketing is dead. Again, it just evolved.

The fear is spreading fast. Business owners are cutting their marketing budgets. Hundreds of professionalseos are giving up and getting real jobs. Why? They would rather throw in the towel because of the amount of updates they have to deal with. People who quit. There are suckers. People who are winners. They have given away positions that you could be taking over.

There is no shortage of scumbags who will happily sell you second-hand information or a private invitation to their secret link network. I spoke to a guru at a conference who said that their private network had been hit by Google, but they were still charging their customers full price. You need your own. You have to be in control. That way you don’t have to be lied to anymore. You own it. Have you ever wondered why you can’t get answers to your questions from your hired guru? They don’t know.

Are times hard? Yes, they are. You can either whine or roll up your sleeves and get to work. Consumers. Are you still alive? They are spending money and turning to the internet more and more.

I believe that people who are willing to work hard should be able to get paid well.

The fact is that you can. You don’t know where to start. Even though they didn’t know, my students’ businesses are thriving even though they have Panda, Penguin and Hummingbird. Nothing can be done to stop them. They own their own network, they use the right ad networks, and have the right technology. They have control.

The businesses that follow my lead are doing well. That is not BS and it is not hype. That is not fiction. I never will sell you an opportunity to use my link network or my software. It works because I keep it for myself. Why would someone allow you to use their link network? They would only use it for themselves if it is as good as they say it is. Same with all of them. The poorseos don’t take clients, the greatseos do.

I have a Revelation.

When the flood gates open up, what seemed to be so hard is suddenly easy for a successful person. This happened to me and it had nothing to do with what I learned in the course. It was all about me and my head. The way I was approaching things. Most people want a campaign where money flows and life is perfect. I had a campaign that was taken away over night. Why? Someone else owned the network. I realized that I had to own what powered my campaigns in order to keep them successful.

It sounds simple, but a lot of people aren’t doing it. They continue to rely on others and sign up for every back room link network and software solution they can find, hoping that this one will actually have value and work. They are disappointed when it doesn’t work out. They are going to fail. Every time. Single. Time.

My luck is in a system.

The system took time, but not as long as I thought. There were mistakes made, but that is part of the process. We test our stuff words. Others do not. They talk about their theories.

I have never looked back. You can’t remember how bad you were before, as the process of killing it online is much easier than you remember. And if a campaign ends? You just reload and continue as you have four others carrying the weight until you get the other one back on track.
