It is the most difficult aspect of making change. The hardest part of most programs for change is not learning new ways of thinking or behaving, but continuing that process. You have to practice a technique to get results.

The LOP will become automatic when it becomes deeply embedded in your mind. You won’t have to use it all the time. You will find that you use the LOP so quickly that you don’t even know it until an upsetting event has passed.

Of course there is a caveat. The pump has to beprimed with this technique. Pull the handle only once and you won’t get the water flowing. It is the same with this method. The positive results will flow into your life after you apply it over and over again. When you complete this course, that will happen.
