I thought about this after creating dozens of companies. Here is a list of what a perfect business should have.

There is recurring revenue. The business needs a way to make money. Monthly income that is consistent and dependable. It’s not like it’s like it’s like it’s like it’s like it’s like it’s like it’s like it’s like it’s like it’s like it’s like it’s like it’s like it If you don’t, you’re going to be living launch to launch and it’s going to be a lot of pressure because you’re only as good as your last sale.

High retention is what it is. People stick around for a long time if the business has high retention rates. If members keep canceling, there is no point in a recurring revenue business.

Run from anywhere. It is necessary for the business to be able to run from anywhere. There is no need for an expensive office or retail space. If you want, you should be able to run it from the beach.

There is a susceptibility factor. Without being able to grow the business, you will have to work more hours. To make more income, you need to coach more. You need more employees if you run an agency.

Start-up costs are low. To start-up the business needs to be affordable. Forget businesses that cost tens of thousands of dollars. You can start a business for a few hundred dollars.

It is easy to maintain. Without large customer support teams, the business must be able to run smoothly. The goal is to get as close to the experience as possible.

Referrals are word-of-mouth. The business needs to make your tribe feel great. They drive new business right into your lap.

Not Reliant on any single traffic source. The business needs to be able to generate traffic from more than one source.

One person is managing it. The business needs to be managed by one person. If necessary, you can add a team of virtual workers.

Backend revenue potential. The business needs at least 6 or 7 figure backened revenue potential. The monthly recurring revenue is on top of this.

Feeds the soul. The business is something I am proud of. There is no hypey sales or marketing product. I want a business I can wear on a t-shirt.

I really thought this one out. We are talking about a perfect business model.
