The 30 day criteria was short enough to give my client what she wanted quickly, but long enough to get the job done.

I searched through tens of thousands of dollars of courses, programs, books, DVD and CD sets and even old audio cassette packs that I had bought over the years.

Guess what I came up with after literally hours of searching?

A big fat nothing!

I was surprised by the hole in the market place.

There were a lot of great marketing articles online, but not all of them contained what I thought was true. It was effective. And. It’s simple. There are ways to get new clients. fast .

All of the new-client strategies were suggested.

• Too difficult – requiring a specific skill set that takes years to develop (public speaking, webinars, joint ventures, video production)
• Took too much time (who wants to spend hours on social media marketing or blogging hoping to somehow miraculously make a sale?)
• Too costly (radio, television and newspaper advertising)
• Took too long to work (search engine optimization, host beneficiary, affiliate marketing, licensing, article marketing)
• Too conceptual and NOT detailing a step by step system (like “get some referrals” or “write an advertorial” – yes, but how?????)
• Required the use of high pressure and manipulative selling tactics or stressful cold calling

I had different criteria.

• It had to require little or no money so that virtually everyone can afford it
• It had to be proven to work so every minute invested gave a return on that time
• And I wanted it to work fast so that once it was in place money would flow into the bank account within 30 days at the latest
• It also had to be incredibly simple and easy to follow so that even if a trained monkey couldn’t quite manage it then a 12 year old child certainly could
• Another criteria was that it needed to work for any type of business, regardless of industry or size
• It had to be repeatable so that it could be used reliably and predictably, time and again, whenever new clients were needed
• And finally, it had to be chock full of integrity and contain “zero-pressure” and definitely NO stressful cold calling (yuk!)
