George Piemonte. He received his law degree from Nova University in 1987 and his psychology degree from the University of Florida in 1982. He is the President of the organization. In 2006 he became a North Carolina State Bar Certified Specialist in Social Security Disability Law and served on the North Carolina State Bar’s Specialization Committee for Social Security Disability Law. George is a Past Chair of the Disability Advocacy Section of the North Carolina Advocates for Justice, as well as serving as the Chair of the Legislative Committee for the Disability Advocacy Section.

George is admitted to practice law in North Carolina and Georgia. He has focused on Social Security Disability and Veterans Disability since 1995. George is admitted to the Superior Court of Georgia, the Western, Middle, and Eastern District Courts of North Carolina, and the 4th, 6th, and 11th Circuit Courts of Appeal. He is also a member of the North Carolina Bar Association and the North Carolina Advocates for Justice. He is a frequent speaker at national and local conferences.

Charles L. Martin. He practices with Martin and Jones in Decatur, Georgia, and has represented Social Security claims since 1977. He has briefed over 1000 cases in district court and over 100 cases in circuit courts. He concentrates on AC and court briefs for other lawyers. The Eileen P. Sweeney Distinguished Service Award was given to him in 2008. He is the author of a software.
