Stephen A. Simon is a partner. He obtained his B.A. degree from the University of Michigan and his J.D. degree from the University of Cincinnati College of Law. Mr. Simon has argued cases before the Ohio First District Court of Appeals and the U.S. Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals. He has been recognized as a Super Lawyer in Ohio.

Mr. Simon has practiced labor and employment law his entire career. He represents individuals in employment-related disputes and litigation, which includes matters involving the Family and Medical Leave Act, the Fair Labor Standards Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, wrongful discharge, and claims of discrimination based on age, race, sex and pregnancy, among many other types of claims.

Mr. Simon has been an active member of the Cincinnati Bar Association, having served as the Chair and Vice-Chair of the Labor & Employment Law Practice Group. He graduated from the Cincinnati Academy of Leadership for Lawyers. He is a co-chair of the Cincinnati chapter of the Ohio Employment Lawyers Association.

Mr. Simon was the Chapter Chair for two chapters of the American Bar Association treatise, Employment Discrimination Law, and he spoke to local groups and associations on the subject of employee’s legal rights and responsibilities. The year 2007.
