The Art of Strength is designed to help you gain strength and keep you strong. Anthony pioneered the use of kettlebell-based circuit training for the general public and made it accessible to all. The first gym to focus on kettlebells as the central tool for strength, endurance, and body shaping was in Providence, Rhode Island. Anthony was one of the top 100 trainers in America in 2004 and 2005 after honing his circuits to such success.
Diluglio works with you through 14 two-minute rounds of intense, unique, and challenging kettlebell exercises. The breaks between rounds make this a 42 minute workout. You can take a stab at the 3-minute bonus round if you have the guts. Every inch of your body will be hammered by the nine carefully-chosen kettlebell exercises. Add more weight if it becomes too easy.
