Dr. Arredondo has published extensively in the areas of cultural competency models and guidelines, Latinx mental health, and organizational diversity strategy. She co-authored six books. Dr. Arredondo is a tenured faculty member for graduate programs in Clinical Mental Health and Counseling Psychology. She is wanted for keynote presentations and consultations in higher education. She delivered programs to major U.S. universities as well as in other countries. She speaks both English and Spanish. She received her PhD in counseling psychology from Boston University. She is a Visiting Professor at Arizona State University and the President of the Arredondo Advisory Group.
