Better clinical outcomes can be achieved by some agencies. Increased accountability, improved resource management, briefer treatment duration, decreased client dropout, and increased staff retention are some of the benefits of higher-performing agencies. Key research findings that form the building blocks of sustainable cultures of excellence will be learned by participants in this workshop. Specific strategies including brief and time sensitive interventions, client feedback, and monitoring of individual and program outcomes will be described.
