Men are afraid of being intimate. Love-avoidant men fear being drained, used, and entrapped and don’t know what intimacy is. These men have a history with either of their parents. It leaves the person with both shame and grandiosity, but it can be positive. The techniques of teaching such men that the art of surrender requires confrontation, education, trauma work, the restoration of boundaries and the healing of both sides of the self-esteem disorder will be introduced in this workshop.
