Ellyn Bader is a doctor. He is the founder and director of The Couples Institute. She is dedicated to helping couples create extraordinary relationships. Throughout the United States, Europe, Asia, South America, and Australia, she has trained therapists in couples therapy. She was a Clinical Faculty in the school for 8 years.

Sue Diamond Potts is an R.C.C. In British Columbia, he is a therapist with over 25 years of experience. The Good Life Therapy Centre focuses on helping couples and individuals create loving relationships in the aftermath of addiction and trauma. Sue worked with adult children of alcoholics to heal trauma and grieve the loss of a childhood. She studied and taught how to work with trauma. She has been leading trainings for therapists in the model.
