Positive life changes are what clients are able to see in therapy. The identification and transformation of symptoms is important, but the client’s creative capacity to change is even more important. The paper outlines 6 steps in a therapeutic process that include opening a mindful field, setting positive intentions, developing and maintaining a creative state, identifying a storyboard for achieving goals, transforming negative experiences, and everyday practices.
