Description
Are you putting your career at risk? Maybe you want to make sure that you don’t get called to the courtroom. Would you like to work as a Legal Nurse Consultant one day?
This recording will give you all the information you need. Most days nurses are very good, but there are still mistakes to be made. It is time to learn how to protect yourself from lawsuits.
Meet Jessica. Jessica was told that if she didn’t document, she would get in trouble. During her orientation for a new job, Jessica was reassured that writing too much was a waste of time, as she was taught how to document the unit requirements. I don’t need to worry about charting; the computer takes care of that, Jessica thought. I can sleep soundly if I chart what my unit audits for.
Jessica sits quietly at the deposition table and spells her name for the court reporter. Do you promise to tell the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth? It could happen to you if this happened to Jessica.
The training course in Legal Nursing gives expert training on nursing documentation and litigation to transform the way you think about your nursing practice and how you document the care you provide.
